I thoroughly enjoy this machine. The last couple of weeks it has been beeping when I try to use the cooler features even with a tank full of water. Please let me know what I need to do to fix it

I love this little unit, but.....

I It is time to get the cooling pad out to clean it. I can't get it out! I got the grill off, the back, okay, but the cooling pad won't come out. If you guys can tell me how this can be done, so I can properly clean it, I would appreciate it. Other than that, it is a wonderful unit. If NewAir support sends me an answer and I can finally get the pad out, to clean it, I will definitely give this a five star rating!
