Great Evap cooler

Have been using it for a few weeks and love its performance. Cools my small house very nicely. Especially pleased with the Customer Service provided by Ingrid. I had more than a few questions for her and she was always quick to response and patient. A great ambassador for the Company.

This product is awesome!! I live in a large travel trailer with only one air conditioner that was not cooling in all areas. This evaporative cooler has solved that problem. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

It doesn't cool any better than a regular fan, is it very loud and makes the air very wet! It couldn't even cook my bedroom which is about 100 sq ft

Awesome cooler/tower fan!

This cooler/tower fan is absolutely amazing. I love the evaporative setting but I have found myself using the tower fan more. I prefer my room at night to be quiet and this product definitely is. With the evaporative feature, it has made a difference in the temperature of my room the few times I have used it. The directions are pretty simple and straight to the point. The product itself may be huge in size but it does its job plus some. The tank for the evaporative part is also easy to fill. I would totally recommend this product to a friend or family member.

I put this fan in my master bedroom as it is on the side of our house where the sun hits all day long. We live in Southern California so the heat is real. That room is like a hot box by the middle of the day. This fan helps so much! Absolutely love the evaporative cooling feature as well. It helps to cool down the room. The different fan settings are also great. I personally don't mind a loud fan as I like to sleep with some sort of white noise anyways but I like the fact that it also has a sleep setting in case you need it to be quiet for some reason.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this for its portability, and quick and powerful cooling/fan features, and its proven to be an amazing asset. We love this unit, and it helps keep the room cool. Its easy to refill, and easy to wheel around from room to room.

I enjoy the fact that it is portable so I can move it where it's needed most. I previously had a window unit that was in one end of the house, so the air didn't reach the far end where the bedrooms were. I also like the idea that I don't have to vent it out a window.

My product came with a non-working remote and no ice packs. Otherwise the machine works decently well as an evap cooler if you make sure to have a fresh air source. Keep in mind it really only cools you if it is blowing directly on you. It will not cool down an entire room but it will make the room much more humid, even with a fresh air source. The blower is very loud on all settings except the lowest and then it hardly moves any air. It makes some strange noises as well not related to the evap cooling process so I question its quality. The design is good in that it is easy to move around and fill up with water. It has not leaked at all and the pump is of a solid design. I would be surprised if the unit holds up for more than a year with heavy use given some of the QC issues mentioned.
