Love the mist

love this fan!! The mist is awesome when it is hot outside and u just want a little bit of water on u without taking the hose out!!

I purchased this last summer but the one I got was defective. So I called the company that sold me this fan and they agreed to send me another one but that they were sold out so I agreed to wait for it so come back in stock. And I did get one and finally got it put together and I requested a prepaid ship label which they obliged and now I will ship it off to them this week. . .

I live in Florida and is super hot and all the bugs attacks at night when we are outside, with this mist fan I can enjoy stay outdoors much longer without been bothered by the heat and bugs. I really like it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This Frigidaire Outdoor Misting Fan is a must have if you want to be able to enjoy 90 degree summer days. It's perfect for those outdoor parties, relaxing in the hammock, or just cooling off at the end of the day. I first used it on my birthday, and we were able to keep playing bags for much longer than if we were without it. The mist was light and refreshing, and all we had to do was hook it up the a garden hose. Knowing it was built for outdoors made me feel safe. Not much can beat a beautiful summer day, but this fan will help make it a just little bit cooler!

When I received this fan I was truly skeptical about the misting capabilities. Boy, was I wrong! What an awesome addition to my outdoor setup. Packaging: Opening the box It was packaged OK, although, I expected more coming from a $140 fan. There was little Styrofoam and most of the packaging itself was made from cardboard. The cardboard is more environmentally friendly which I admire. While the packaging isn't crazy good, it gets the job done and does ok. Construction: The next task at hand was building the unit. It was extremely easy. You first build the base and attach it to the motor and boom you have your very own misting fan. Easy, simple, and instructions were clear. No complaints. Quality: Most of the parts are made from metal and high quality plastics. The fan is sturdy and well built. There is no feeling of "cheap" whatsoever which is great. My only complaint is the bracket that connects to your hose could be made out of metal instead of plastic. The concern here is that the threads could be worn out after lots of use. Though that's very minor. Overall this fan isn't going to break on you and will last you a long time. Testing and Use: When I powered up the fan I was blown away with the power that this unit has. Plenty of power and your never going to think you need more air. It works great. The misting is my favorite part of all. You can adjust the amount of flow of water and air to adapt to your conditions and comfort ability. Overall if your looking for the next big hit at a party, or just looking for something to cool you off in the summer this fan is for you. You won't have any regrets using this fan. For the price, this fan is one of the best deals on the market. Zach

Best way to stay cool outdoors

This outdoor mister fan is way better then any I have ever owned! I love that it acts as a oscillating fan as well as the misting fan! It will cool a huge area so it’s great for big backyards!
It was easy to set up right out of the box and instructions were easy to understand. It’s easy to take apart to put in the trunk and bring it to a friends!
Perfect for summer nights as well- turn the mister off and use it as a fan to deter mosquitos!
Seriously, it works better then any spray you can use!
Overall, I am very happy with my newair Frigidaire outdoor mister! I highly recommend it
