A touch of fresh air

This is my second NewAir (Frigidaire) misting fan. The first one I purchased almost two years ago and still going strong. Product not only great but customer service EXCELLENT.

I purchased this last summer but the one I got was defective. So I called the company that sold me this fan and they agreed to send me another one but that they were sold out so I agreed to wait for it so come back in stock. And I did get one and finally got it put together and I requested a prepaid ship label which they obliged and now I will ship it off to them this week. . .

I've had two of this type of cooler. And in both cases, the power cord keeps turning off the fan. Very frustrating!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We received our fan in a very short time after the order was placed. I'm not the best at putting things together but the directions said 15 mins, and it took me less than that! The fan is super sturdy for outside winds, puts out really good air, and the misting was just the right amount not to get soaked but still feel it on these hot & humid summer days!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good prodect, works well. Black color is a little stark

Live in Sacramento, CA , where temps in the shade can exceed 100 degrees in the summer. Purchased fan to be used near outside covered patio. Works well and throws mist about 8 - 10 feet with no breeze or 6 - 7 feet with a breeze. After a while, some horizontal surfaces do get wet, especially if used in shaded area.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product and super customer service

I received this fan but didn't set it up until it was beyond the initial warrantee period, used it twice only as a fan without the mister, and then the GFI unit didn't work anymore. With little hope of getting this problem solved, but not wanting to pay a lot for a fan I couldn't use, I called the customer service line and spoke to Shanice. She was awesome-- and the customer service was beyond my expectation. They are replacing the fan and I look forward to using it for the remainder of the summer both as a fan and as a mister during the really hot days outside! I am very grateful that my money was not spent in vane and HIGHLY recommend this company on the customer service alone. It's hard to find a company that goes above and beyond these days, but this one sure did!
