This product works really well and customer service is great

My unit works so well for my bedroom in my new apartment. I noticed a strange smell coming from my unit and customer service was a huge help and easy to reach.

Nice cooler

I bought this to cool off the master bedroom at night since our single unit a/c is less than efficient upstairs. It does an adequate job, although on the original unit purchased and on the replacement unit, which NewAir did send free of charge, the water pump stopped working after about 10-12 weeks. Thankfully, NewAir has really helpful and polite customer service and they are sending me a new water pump for the replacement unit. I'm wondering if the problem is related to our very hard water. If that is a possibility, it would be good to mention it in the unit description. I'm not sure what the solution would be -- using distilled water? -- but any additional advice would be appreciated.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Drops the temperature in my Denver kitchen 10 degrees

I use this little machine in my Denver, CO, kitchen on hot summer days. It can be noisy, but no more that the jennair fan. It is simple to use, easy to clean, compact and very effective. Children think it looks like a Star Wars robot. When I called for service, the tech was very helpful and showed me what I had missed that created a small problem. She was kind, polite, effective, and very user-friendly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This machine is easy to set up and use, and noticeably cools down the room. I also like that it comes with a couple of ice packs to help keep the water cool.

Great addition in Az heat

Purchased to supplement cooling in room. Great addition to assist with cooling room in dry heat of AZ. Keeps room comfortable and has helped with monthly electricity bill lower.

Great for the arid California mountains

I live in a VERY low humidity, hot climate in the sierras. This unit did a really good, quiet job of keeping my bedroom cool at night. Had an issue with the water pump but tech was very courteous and helpful in getting it resolved.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great and quite Air Cooler and Fan

I have been using this 2-in-1 Evaporator air cooler now for over a year and I have been very pleased with the unit. The Evaporator is easy to use, move from room to room, has a strong fan and the best part is that it is fairly quiet. The fan is quiet enough that we use it in my toddler's room now at night and when he takes his naps. The sound of the evaporator working makes it even more pleasant. Overall I am glad my wife purchased the Evaporator air cooler.
I would recommend this to a friend!
