10 stars for customer service 10. Elizabeth helped me get all the correct parts I needed for my cooler. I got a part that was incorrect and Elizabeth quickly got the correct part sent out to me within a day. I can't say enough about Elizabeth she took great care of me and I will definitely be going back to MewAir for any other parts I might need.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It doens not cool down a room. It blows air...just like a fan, no cool air comes out.

This works good for a small room it does put out some cold air the ice packs are helpful, in extreme heat you would maybe think about getting a larger one and buy according to the size of your room

Bad remanufacture...

I filled my reservoir with the ice packs and a sufficient amount of ice and the air that is coming out of it still feels the same as when I had regular cold water (no ice or anything) from the tap in it. This water with the ice is FREEZING. I had suspicions that perhaps I got a faulty unit. So I turned of the "cooling mode" and switched it to just "fan mode" and lo & behold... the air is the same temperature as when it's on "cooling mode". I wouldn't trust buying this remanufactured product. I'm extremely disappointed and now I don't even want to give a brand new one a shot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works in a Pinch

This unit helped me during the hottest parts of summer. I love that I am able to choose between 4 settings that best fit my needs. The unit really helps to circulate the air in my apt and the unit isn't loud.
I would recommend this to a friend!
