The unit is light, easy to use, relatively quiet and cools my RV nicely. I'm having only 1 issue, after running it quite a bit since purchase with the cooling function turning off after beeping within 40 seconds after turning it on. Water level is fine, no issues there, but can't get it that function to work currently. Just purchased a replacement Cooling Pad so hopefully that will solve the problem. Other than that, I'm loving it!

Not good cooling. Does not work for small places as well.

Bought this and returned it within a few days. No cool air only spewed warm humidity into the room. Made my air conditioner work harder.

A very expensive fan

This is a cooler in name only. It blows room-temperature air without a hint of cooling. Even ice in the water tank doesn’t improve its performance.

Hi, We are sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with the unit however there are some factors to influence the unit not to cool correctly. One is the humidity level, if the humidity level is above 40% the unit will not cool effectively.

This was my first time getting a evaporative cooler and has done great work in Arizona desert climate. Keeping the ice packs in really help cool the room and bought 2 more for the other rooms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This works good for a small room it does put out some cold air the ice packs are helpful, in extreme heat you would maybe think about getting a larger one and buy according to the size of your room
