I absolutely love how amazing this air cooler and fan is. The timer function is an added benefit. I use this feature when I'm getting my son's ready for school. They run around a lot, as do I, getting ready in a hurry. The remote is easy to use and very convenient. I love the different air modes too. My favorite is the breeze mode. The nighttime mode is also a great one. It fluctuates between all of the fan speeds. The swing setting is a great way to circulate the cooler air in a hurry. Even just using the fan option without the air cooler is perfect in the spring. It works really well and is nice and cool. The unit is light weight and super easy to move from room to room. Even my 7 year old son can move it. I love this! In the past I've had to purchase multiple units because moving from room to room was such a hassle. That it's not an issue with this. All in all this quickly became an awesome air cooler/fan for my family. It's worth the investment for such a high quality item. I'm very satisfied with this product and recommend highly.

I'm in love with my Frigidaire Evaporative Air Cooler and Tower Fan! There are two rooms in my home that stay hot year round. I was looking for something that would cool these rooms when occupied, but it had to be portable and easy to move from room to room. This air cooler and tower fan is perfect! You can use it as just a fan, or you can fill up the water tank and turn on the cooler/humidifier option to enable the water pump for cooler air. It has 4 fan speeds: quiet, low, medium, and high. Even when set on high, it is really quiet. There are also three fan modes: normal, nature, and sleep mode. I absolutely love the nature mode. It makes you feel like you are outside, feeling the natural breeze. You can set the timer and it will automatically shut off after 1, 2, 4 or 8 hours. the remote control is awesome! If you need to change the settings, you can just reach for the remote. Very convenient! I highly recommend this air cooler and tower fan! Give it a try! You will not be disappointed!

Feel the breeze!

Bought this product because its mobile and good looking unit. I need to move this a lot inside the house and works wonders every time we use it. This save electricity. I did not have to buy an airconditioning unit, It comes with a remove, two ice packs to increase the coolneess in the air. Easy to maintain, just wash the basin every week and you are good to go! Feel the breeze!

This is one of the most innovative ideas I have seen in quite some time. Your prosecution brings a different approach to fan cooling and works wonderfully. For the past few years I have used a window unit in my master bedroom in addition to the central air to keep it cool in the summer but always didn’t like how noisy it is and now that’s over. Frigidaire Evaporative cooler and fan is affordable, quiet, and practical and I would recommend it to everyone.

This is a cooler in name only. It blows room-temperature air without a hint of cooling. Even ice in the water tank doesn't improve its performance.

Hi, We are sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with the unit however there are some factors to influence the unit not to cool correctly. One is the humidity level, if the humidity level is above 40% the unit will not cool effectively.

Wonderful Evaportative Cooler!

I just love my new Portable Evaportative cooler. It is amazing and literally blows cool air. It has different settings and features that are remarkable. You can use it also as a air purifier. It has where you can set the time for it to shut off and has different speeds on how high you want the air to blow. There is a feature for the fan to swivel too. I didn't realize it was going to be so big which is great to cool down the living room without having to use the regular air conditioner. It really circulates the air so you get a nice breeze throughout your home. Very easy to use and comes with remote control. I highly recommend!!!

Pump not strong enough

I left the unit going for hours, hoping it would cool down my small travel trailer. When I removed the cover to the pad found 1/3 of pad completely dry. Removed pad and noticed only 4 of the 6 water spouts actually had water coming out of them--and they weren't clogged (just seemed the pump did not have enough power to have strong enough water pressure). If I put my fingers over the first 2, water came out of the ones that were not dripping previously. So it gets 2 stars for being a good fan. But no stars for working as an evaporative cooler (humidity was 11 percent the day I tried to use). I unfortunately threw away the box--so nearly $200 is going in the land fill.
