A very expensive fan

This is a cooler in name only. It blows room-temperature air without a hint of cooling. Even ice in the water tank doesn’t improve its performance.

Hi, We are sorry to hear the issue you are experiencing with the unit however there are some factors to influence the unit not to cool correctly. One is the humidity level, if the humidity level is above 40% the unit will not cool effectively.

We love our unit! Our family took our unit on the road. We use it near daily now in our RV. Most of you know how quickly those heat up! After 30 minutes running this unit our RV went from 82f to 70! It has many neat features, the night setting is nice for those sleepers who prefer a little background sound. The remote control makes it very easy to adjust settings! Unlike other models this one also has a swing setting which allows the fan to rotate to cover more area! Our family highly recommends this unit. We will be purchasing another for our college bound child.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Awesome cooler with tons of cool features

First I would like to say the Frigidaire 2-in-1 Evaporative Air Cooler has been a life saver. We do not have too many hot days in sunny California but we have enough to cause discomfort. I do not have A/C so this cooler has been the best thing since sliced bread. It is very lightweight despite its size and I love that it has the option to of evaporative cooling on really hot days or the option to use the oscillating fan on those humid days. It also has an ice option (AMAZING), for those really hot days when you want to stick your head in the freezer and stay there. The fan itself is really quiet. I have it set up in the living room and while watching a movie on the projector screen this unit is so quiet it does not interfere with the sound of the movie.
Another really cool feature is the fact that it has a remote to control the settings, so you do not even need to get up to adjust the settings.It even has a storage space for the remote on the unit itself. The oscillating fans do a great job of circulating all of the cool air in my large living room. The fan itself has three modes, normal, nature, and sleep mode (for those hot summer nights) and a timer so you can set it and forget it. The touch/remote control panel is really easy to control, very user friendly on visually knowing what each function does just by looking at the display panel. It is also really easy to clean and its a plus that the unit itself is not heavy so it is easy to lift and it has casters to roll the unit as well. If you are in the market for an Evaporative cooler, I would definitely recommend this unit as not only is it effective but it is very easy to use and has so many features that are very useful.
