I have been looking for a great way to cool off in the summer, as it gets very hot here in Central California. This is the perfect product because it is both a fan, and has a cooling option that makes the air extra cool! I love that this has the cooling option, easy touch controls, a remote, and that it is very quiet. I don't like the sound of loud fans, and this one is so quiet and still very efficient. I highlighted recommended this product!!

Our bedroom is on the top floor of a split level house and is perpetually hotter than anywhere else in the house. With record heat this summer, sleep went from being uncomfortable to unbearable! We initially bought an artic-ice cooler because it was slim. But it didn’t work at all. So we did a deep search online and found the fridgedaire. It’s been perfect! It’s easy to operate and has brought our room temps down from mid 80s at night to a comfortable 73 degrees.

Impressive, Portable Evaporative Air Cooler

The Frigidaire Evaporative Air Cooler and Tower Fan is a Total Game Changer for us! We live in the South where the heat during the summer can be brutal! My husband likes working on cars and fiddling around in our garage, but it has no central a/c and no windows so a window unit was out of the question. He has already claimed this cooler as his.. For years he has suffered during the dog days of summer, sweating bullets in that oven.. This Cooler is the PERFECT solution for us! I love that is mobile with wheels so we can easily use it in another room if need be and since it is a tower it does not take up much space at all. The very first thing I noticed was how quiet it is, no loud annoying noise from this cooler! I really like that it has four different fan speeds and three different fan modes. You can even set a timer for how long you want it to run! The wide angle fan can be set to a fixed direction or oscillating. To top it off this even comes with an easy to use remote control, how awesome is that! You can use just the fan or if you need a cold blast of air you can take advantage of the evaporative function. Simply fill the tank with water, add your pre-chilled cool packs, press the cooler button and you basically have a portable air conditioner! My husband is beyond thrilled that this unit cooled off the entire garage in no time! This unit is quite impressive, it is very well built, high quality and does exactly as advertised!

My office purchased the air cooler and within the first 2 months, the water pump stopped working. Three emails and 5 business days later, we received a brand new cooler and return shipping label so we could send back the first one. Very friendly, very easy and understanding. That's on top of the device being an awesome product to begin with! Great investment, especially since my room does not have a window for an air conditioning unit.

Happy to have this wonderful tower style fan in my living room. It blows at 4 different speeds and really keeps me cool. I also like the adjustable panels on the front of fan which can be tilted up, down, or wherever you want. Sometimes I simply keep it on low with the panels facing upward just to circulate the air. When it has been really hot out I use the tank with the ice packs for extra cool air. This really works! I was shocked at how cold the air is that comes out. And the coldness lasts for several hours before the ice pack needs switiching out. This is a great and powerful cooling fan. It works well. I love that it includes a remote control for convenience. I also like the extra addtional settings that allow the fan to run in different cycles from high to low. It is an excellent addition to my home.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Doesn't cool anything

Bought this and returned it within a few days. No cool air only spewed warm humidity into the room. Made my air conditioner work harder.
