Have had this air cooler at least for a year, or so. During the summer months it gets very warm outside, and the house is not that well insulated. The cooler has all the functions that
I need for adjustments. Being an elderly gent, I rely on the remote control to do the adjustments. I can also turn it to the dining area, or kitchen, to cool them down.

Bought this product because its mobile and good looking unit. I need to move this a lot inside the house and works wonders every time we use it. This save electricity. I did not have to buy an airconditioning unit, It comes with a remove, two ice packs to increase the coolneess in the air. Easy to maintain, just wash the basin every week and you are good to go! Feel the breeze!

I Bought this for my daughters apartment that has no air-conditioning. She was able to use it for about a week and then the fan stopped working. Haven't been able to get a hold of any customer service to try and get it repaired

This product does not cool the space, it merely acts as a fan. I used the ice packs and it didn’t make a difference. The room I put the unit in was only 11ft by 12ft.
