Tons of fun

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves Lego's and he's already built everything that is shown on the box. But he seen the challenge to see what all he can build from the pieces. He's made a car, truck, and even more. He loves the challenge of building whatever he wants. Thank you for the hours of fun he's had with ur products

It flys apart!

The tower control is top heavy so it falls over easily. This lego should be sold as only a model plane, not one for kids to play with. After the first few times of taking the top off it started to come apart. The connectors got loose and the plane has done a crash landing into the drawers of crappy lego parts. Sadly. My son loves Legos, has several sets, but this one fell apart so much so it is now in a Lego junkyard of parts. Its too expensive to not last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This took a few hours to build, the plane is very elaborate and looked so awesome when done. My son loved the extra vehicles and LEGO people. His favorite was the dad with the baby carrier. He’s played with that one more than any of them. While he played with this for quite a while, it does come apart in some places easily, so definitely save your instruction booklets. I think he’s gotten more use out of this set than any of the others he has, he loves loading in the passengers and going on a make believe flight.

Great to play

I bought it for my 3 year old who is obsessed with airplanes after we took a trip to Miami. She absolutely loves the plane and figures, including the pop star and serviceman. However, as an expert builder I feel the kit is oversimplified in certain aspects, including the interior of the plane and the amount of large specialized parts. Also, engines don’t hold too well and you need to re-attach them all the time. Still, great set to play.

fun build

I helped my 5yr old build this. It was a good choice for him. He needed little help building it. He has a lot of fun with it. I would say there are a few features that could use improvement. The bathroom and the bar service area seem to serve no purpose but take up space. My son asked me to remove them so he can add more passengers. The engines look a bit cheap. I do like the mounting part, it gives it a nice aerodynamic look, but the engines are a cop out. Maybe should have stuck with the ones on the older 41109 kit. The wing set is pretty cool. I would have liked to see longer wings. I understand size may be an issue if you added on the extra few inches, but maybe an alternative add on to make the wing tips. Overall, he loves it I think it is a nice design.

I bought this set solely for the airplane and figures. For me the plane is excellent. My only complaint is the engines could of been better...on to the rest of the set..the minifigures are great,but the rest of the set is kind of pointless except maybe the poppy star car because it fits in the plane. This set could of been better if it was just the plane,stairs, more passengers,and seats.the airport section is not a good addition to this set,and presents a wasted opportunity to make this set really great. I hope the next similar set is a cargo style plane with a loading vehicle,cargo,and a few figures.this set would of done great in that format,but over all I am very satisfied!
