Over all a nice product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well. Only 2 things slightly disappointed by. 1. Slim fry feature not like an air fryer takes longer to cook then air friers do. 2. If you cook with rack the microwave does not cook as fast which has no documenting explaining that. Trial and error helped me to figure that out.

I was able to connect it to my range allow the fan to function automatically when using the cooktop! I love the different modes it provides to cook a variety of food types. The adequate power means I am spending less time reheating my favorite foods. With the connection to smart things I can set it and walk away and know when my food is heated to eat.

Great Addition to Smart Home Ecosystem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this item for the smart features and I am not disappointed. I was leery about the lower wattage of this device, but there has been no noticeable cooking differences. This microwave seamlessly interacts with my other smart devices and the apps that control my home. The connectivity allows selecting modes and cook times to set and send instructions to the microwave. This time saver is like having an easy button.
Convection/grill features are great. My air fryer is no longer necessary allowing recovery of valuable counter space. Cooking instructions are one area where improvement is needed. The included booklet instructions are muddled and confused. Samsung should leverage the app to make the user experience better.
Overall I am very happy with this purchase and would happily buy this again.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Amazing Multifunctional Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The 1.7 cu. ft. Over the Range Convection Microwave is not your standard microwave. It’s so much more,. To start it has a sophisticated look in the black stainless steel which is also finger resistant. No more handles sticking out, it has a hide grip to the right side which makes it so much easier. When you open the door, there is a helpful tip sheet with all the cooking programs. You have many options from reheating, defrosting, auto cook, convection, slim fry...and a keep warm option that working great. Nice added feature is the WiFi option, let’s you know via mobile device when you food is done. Best of all, I’m not heating my house up with hav3 my oven on. I highly recommend the 1.7 cu. ft. Over the Range Convection Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A stunning piece of technology! We recently got a Samsung stove and this matches perfectly; sleek and modern. It goes flush against my cabinets, without an overhang. The wifi tech is great to attach to your phone or Samsung TV for reminders, but can be a bit tricky to figure out. I love the presets as I like to make popcorn
and baked potatoes often in the microwave. My favorite preset is the "soften" one because I love to bake and always forget to take butter out and get room temp. In my old microwave I'd try to soften it, but it would end up a melted mess. This is a game changer for me!
Easy enough for my 6 year old to use it too! She just pulls her stool up, puts in her easy Mac, knows which buttons to push, and lunch is done!
We haven't used the air fryer function yet, or a few other options, but overall it's definitely an upgrade.

Bought this Model for Slim Fry function

purchased this microwave as part of suite for slim fry function...does not crisp up foods as advertised.
