Two years into owning this microwave it stopped working. We had to take it completely apart and replace the magnitron-it took painstakingly long to troubleshoot what and how to fix it, but Samsung customer service is horrendous, and it was easier than dealing with the company. This microwave may be more esthetically pleasing than our old one, but what good are looks without function? Terrible buy, Samsung should stick to televisions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A Microwave that doesn't Microwave

i have owned this product for less than a week and the microwave function completely stopped after three uses.
i tried all of the recommended fixes, and nothing works. presently have to wait a week to have a technician come to assess the problem. even better? i get to unmount this beast less than a month getting it above my range.
looks really nice, but essentially this has turned in a very expensive clock/timer.

Feature packed microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave has a lot of features and makes any ordinary microwave seem dated. I love that you can bake, air fry, and microwave meals in one appliance. The baking does take a bit longer and can be a bit awkward to use due to the space constraints. The only negative feedback I have is that the door hinge makes an annoying squeaking sound when opened. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 3 weeks ago and it works so well with my Samsung induction range. Cooking in the microwave is a snap and there are some many predefined settings it will take me all spring and summer to figure out. Convection works great and the heat is very evenly distributed, and the food turns out great. Only wish that it had some quick on buttons for 1-5 minutes. The Wi-Fi works great, and it is integrated with the range, so the fan turns on automatically when cooking on the stove.

Better than expected

i am doing more with this microwave than i thought i would. it works great and it looks outstanding in the kitchen. i like the different functions but i am still learning. made great tasting food so far. hood and lights even work with the smart things app as well as the clock sync. don't know why there are so many bad reviews. glad i bought this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Smart Over-the-Range Microwave with Convection & Slim Fry for almost a year now. It took me a while to get used to the electronics, but I now love it. I use it more than I use my regular Smart Samsung dual door stove and oven,(which I also love). I really like the SmartThings App…I can program the mode and cooking temps and time from my smart phone, and it alerts me when finished cooking. I would purchase again!
