Endless cooking options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this microwave for about a year now and it still looks great. It has so many options for cooking that I'm always having to look up videos how to use for certain foods. It pretty much cooks everything and anything to your liking.
My only complaint would be the microwave option itself has recently began to periodically not heat up things at all or it will barely warm food after 10 minutes of running. It doesn't happen all is time which I really don't understand but other then that I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can't select temperature nor cooking time in Convection mode! There is NO up and down "button." refered to for selecting temp and cooking time. We could not be sorrier for this purchase!

Horrible quality , don’t buy this brand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since I bought it , did not warm properly, but I was told by the Samsung repairman ( that come to fix my Samsung fridge who quit on me after just 3 years . Also the fridge is rusting and Samsung rep said is a cosmetic issue and they don’t fix it ) .
So , the microwave doesn’t warm anymore after just a year and a half .
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is my second unit the first one is working.

I got this microwave unit and was installed by a contractor. Started to use it today, it works when you heat a beverage for a minute or so but when we used the bake function after 10 minutes at 350 degrees the circuit fuse blew out so turned the microwave off and reset the tripped fuse at the panel and turned the microwave on for second time and it happened again. Any recommendations?

Odd disabilities and terrible installers

I don't like giving reviews because someone always thinks they can follow up and fix it. It's just a hassle.
An inset over-the-stove, wall unit with a door handle on the side, not on the front or the bottom. Don't install it next to a wall, you're fingers won't fit to open the door.
To add insult to injury, it was installed incorrectly, twice.
The first time, they crushed in the bottom. The housing for the light over the stove must be made of pie plate foil.
The second time is wasn't level.
It's also not clear whether the clock can be set to PM or whether it can cook at a lower level, 40%, 60%' etc.
You need be able to read microprint on the door or memorize a table of codes to autocook anything. A1ok2okStart
Lastly, it takes longer to heat. My old microwave was 1200W and 1 minute was more than enough to heat a cup of coffee.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have shared this model's user manual link below. Please visit the link and turn to page 29 to adjust the clock setting from using the 24-hour format to the 12-hour format that uses AM and PM.

On the same user manual, turn to page 52 for steps or instructions to change the power level of increments of 10 (from 10% - 100%). You may use a 100% power level to heat a cup of coffee.

You may save the user manual link so you have a record of when to use the autocook, you need not memorize but consult with the user manual for using the autocook feature. Autocook is found on pages 40 - 49.
