[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I punched my microwave for my rv motor home. it replaced the one in the unit. It cooks good the touch pad should lite up when you touch anything. so you can see it. we use it as an oven and a microwave .

I immediately had buyers remorse. Very difficult to use. Cannot add to cooking times other than +30 seconds.
Timer cannot be used while oven is in use. Features are difficult also.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this microwave since 07/2023, it has a couple of things that could be improved but overall it's a good microwave.
Difficult to understand all the features and settings.
Fan switch is easy to hit accidentally turning on the vent fan.
Air fry option is useless.
