Awful in form and function. Stupidly designed

I hate this microwave. It is hard to believe that anyone who designed ever used or installed it. It heats stuff more slowly than the 20 year old, supposedly lower power microwave it replaced. The buttons are awful in multiple ways. First, you have to push above each button for it to register. Second, they're on the door, so when we open it we frequently accidentally press buttons. Third, there is quick-cook button, every thing takes multiple pushes. The design is just as stupid. It's hinged so far on the side that if it butts up against anything you need at least 2" clearance, which leaves a gap. We put it about 1 1/2" and it opens most of the way, but not completely. I never thought I'd have strong feelings about a microwave, but I do about this one - it's awful. Don't buy it.

Just another hassle - BEWARE!

I wish I could say that I love this microweave, but it's been a hassle since it bought. The microwave works when it wants to. The exhaust fan doesn't work when something is in the microwave. It makes a loud rattling noise when you set it to bake at 400 or above. Yesterday, while cooking something with the slim fry feature, the microwave stop working for about 30 mins - I'm assuming it over heated. And the worst part about it is trying to get it repairied will probably be more of hassle.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Terrible product

I really wanted to love this microwave/convection combo but unfortunately I hate it, to the point where I’m getting rid of it after owning it for a few months. The actual convection part works ok but takes FOREVER to heat up (just as long as my regular oven) which is fine if you don’t have an oven or need a secondary but if your just wanting something to cook up small things quickly this isn’t it as good as a countertop version. The slim fry is worthless unless your cooking the items on the preset list, if your cooking something not on that list (frozen Tequitos for example) you have no idea what preset option will work. I tried to use the grill function once and it would have been faster/easier to cook on the stove. Lastly (and the worst feature) is the actual microwave. I replaced a 15yr old microwave with this Samsung and it’s much less powerful then my old one ,the food constantly comes out cold. I have to cook things 2x longer than my older microwave which is ridiculous. If the package says cook for 60 seconds you have to almost guess as to how long you really need (90 seconds? 2 minutes? Who knows). Overall I hate using this thing. It’s nice to have a secondary oven but I would rather have the countertop version and a microwave that actually heats things up

Keep broken first was the transformer or something like that, and later a humidity sensor. And now won't heat again. What a bad product in my personal opinion.
