Sparking while using slimfry

Anyone else have a problem with the metal racks that came it sparking while using the slimfry feature? Why come with something that can’t be used?

I love the fact that it comes with features that I haven’t seen on a microwave before, such as the option to bake/roast, grill, steam clean, keep warm and go into ECO mode. It’s a wonderful addition to our kitchen and it definitely plays a major part in making our cooking experience easier.
