[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the microwave now for a few months and really like it. Good looking and find it easy to use. Heating performance is what I'd expect We use the air fry feature a few times and its much handier than taking up counter space with a separate air fryer. I like how it tells me on my phone when my meal is ready. My only dislikes are fingerprints and I'm still getting used to not having a handle to open. So we frequently bump the fan button on the corner of the door while opening. I have no regrets purchasing and would buy again.

Poor quality throughout.

Door latch spring retainer broke so will not close or run. 16 months old no warranty apparently. Performed a temporary repair to get it running but brittle plastic that are used in latch assembly also used for interior door trim. All broke upon disassembly.
This is my second model first was dead out of box.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] purchased three month ago, so far so good, works perfectly. the touch pad is sensitive and no too much push required , haven't had a chance to use fryer not sure if it is as good as counter top fryer, assuming using it as a fryer makes big mess inside the microwave and pain full cleaning process!
