[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was installed as part of our new kitchen suite..microwave- air fryer-convection oven. This does it all albeit on a smaller scale than Range oven ( non-microwave) fast, relatively quiet …what more could you want?!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I see you have some concerns with the 1.7 cu ft. Smart Over-the-Range Microwave with Convection & Slim Fry™ in Stainless Steel. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that we value your feedback. We will continue improving the quality of the products and services we offer.
If your microwave is not turning on or turning off by itself, it could have overheated. When a microwave has been in use for a long time and overheats, give it 30 minutes to cool off and then try to use it again. Otherwise, you'll need to check the light, the outlet, and the power cord.

- A Dented, Scratched, or Broken Door, Handle, Out-Panel, or Control Panel
- A Broken or missing Tray, Guide Roller, Coupler, Filter, or Wire Rack
User Replaceable Parts may be sent to the customer for unit repair. If necessary, a Service Engineer can be dispatched to perform service.

Sleek addition to the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is very beautiful in our updated kitchen and is sleek in design. I have been using it in lieu of the oven especially in those hot days. I actually enjoy the air fryer functionality which, when using my oven to air fry meant I had to use the entire oven and not the split level as designed. I've also used the convection oven functionality but would prefer to keep that as an oven only function.
Overall this looks good in the kitchen and serves its purpose and quite a few of the bells and whistles are quite useful!

Worked for 14 Months

i was excited to get this microwave because it had convection and air fry capabilities... it worked well for 14 months... now this week, it smells like burning circuit boards when i use it. i live in florence, az and the only service is from a 3rd party that says they cannot verify my address. now to decide if i buy another samsung. : = (
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
