this is a phone for someone with minimal needs

worst phone i have ever had. no wireless charging, downloads take forever and camera is not all it is cracked up to be. good looking phone, calls are clear so as a basic phone for someone who does need all the bells and whistles, perfect. for me not so much. phone won't last long before i replace it.

i use my samsung a11 for everything. from games, to school work, emails and even running a business. its battery durabilty and memory capacity is what i like the most. easy to use and navigate, also.

i had to get this phone as i run my own business. i understand that it is a basic model . but it is a little to basic. you can't use a downloaded alert tone. even with the volume turned all the way up you cant hear the ring or the alert tones.
as i said i run my own business and have missed calls lately. not all of us walk around with our phones connected to us at all times. i want my old note5 back! i had that phone for years never gave me any problems until the battery stared to go. so bummed!

i really like my samsung galaxy a11. it is larger than my last phone. the colors are brighter and more clear. i play games, listen to music, watch videos and they are great and have very vivid colors and excellent pictures contrast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

callers cannot hear me

callers cannot hear me most of the time on the phone. i have to hold it up to my mouth and shout.
camera quality is also poor.
its processing speed is not great, but not terrible.
too large to hold comfortably in my hand and i am a 6'5 man

i love galaxy phones, i really don't have no complaints about my a11 not the best galaxy phone in the market right now but it's a good phone. and for the price i find it to be a good phone.
