The battery

for me the phone is way to big for me to hold. the selfie camera quality is absolutely horrible and the rear is ok but could be alot better by having 3 cameras. the only good thing about the phone is its battery the battery last a very long time!

too slow, wouldnt transfer all files

the files from my previous samsung didn't transfer, all my notes disappeared. the new phone is difficult to answer, and is not user friendly. it is slow to open files, and doesn't have enough storage.

i would not recommend this phone to anybody this phone along with the mobile network will single-handedly room like it did me and up on the streets for a week because the phone did not want to connect to a network and it's still doing it to this day nobody wants to listen to me it is the phone upgrade me to a better phone if they don't want to do that but i'm yeah i wouldn't recommend this phone anybody

very disappointed with this phone. no clipboard and was assured by salesperson was better than my j7star. wrong. rear camera is only 8mp from the 13 i'm used to.

i expected alot when i got this phone. i wish i had kept my galaxy edge. this camera is slow and many pics are blurry. also, i can't answer any phone calls from the main screen. it's a pretty phone but nothing like the edge. even the search function on google is slow. i'm so disappointed. i wish i could take it back and get a different phone.

throw it out! worst phone i've ever owned. extremely slow, screen dims and brightens constantly, can't hear people on the call bc ear speaker is terrible. the speaker is garbled with zero sound quality and the camera is by far the worst in any phone i've ever had. pictures are always blurry. reception is terrible, wifi is crap, storage is awful, and phone freezes up. do yourself a favor if you are considering buying this phone and don't!!!
