i read positive and negative comments before i purchased this phone. all i need to say is that i should have gone with the negative ones. this is a very awful device. all together...
i have had google pixels in the past and that is what i will be going back to. they are very trustworthy phones.

we bought 2 a11. one for myself and one for my husband and we both love these phones.the camera is wonderful its big and has so much to offer and we have not had one problem since we bought them on august 2,2020. it was our anniversary presents to each other and i am so glad we got them. i would also like to say that the lady amber that helped me was so sweet and knew her job very well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

this A11 is for kids

i switched ftom an s9 to an a11 for only one reason. its not glass. my s9 shattered completely from a 2 ft drop, case on. so i switched to this a11 and its very slow. i know it has less ram. i feel i shouldn't have to settle for less because there are no other options. i love my galaxy and have had one for a long time.

Had the phone 3 days and wouldent charge

after 3 days the phone would give me a low temp battery warning which was wrong and never exposed it to cold temps and then would not charge at all and untill it finally just died and wont turn back on

WORST Phone EVERRRRRRRRR!!!

first of all, most of the time i can't answer a call on this piece of trash phone. i'll press the green phone icon and totally loose the call. when i try to talk on the phone, most of the time people can't hear me so i have to hang up and call from my home phone. if i'm in my car, there is no problem with calls but anywhere else, forget it. you would think at a minimum the phone would at least have a decent camera. cameras have really advanced on cell phones but the camera on this phone is really subpar. i wouldn't give this phone to my deceased grandmother because it doesn't meet the two most basic needs: quality call and a good camera. this phone sucks!!!
