phone is painfully slow and glitchy. it locks up frequently the video quality is poor.

if all you ever do is text and go online, this is what you want, however, if you actually need to speak to someone, look for a different product. my husband and i bought one for each of us, his stopped working withing a month and i cannot have a conversation without the reception going in and out. no, it is not my location, it's the phone, has known issues. how can they sell something they know has problems?

i got the a11 as a christmas gift. i absolutely hate the phone!! it is unbelievably slow!! and i mean ridiculously slow!!!! it has no indicator light for calls/text messages. takes forever to charge. it is slow!! camera sucks. it is too big, in particular the width, especially for a female to hold. did i mention that it is slow!!
you can rest assured, if i had not been given the phone as a gift, i would go back to my old phone (the s8).
please do not waste your money on this phone!!!!!! you know the saying "you get what you pay for "? no truer words were ever spoken when they are talking about the a11.

Worst phone ever

i've had several android phones prior to this one this phone sucks i've never had so many issues the screen locks. when you tap on the screen for an app it takes you someplace else or delete itworst experience ever i will never buy another android again

i have had the phone for three weeks, it is complete junk the buttons stick so you can't text, the screen lights up 45 seconds after the phone rings so i miss all my calls. the screen as soon as i turn on the phone dims and brightens all by itself, it constantly does this every 10 seconds light to dark non stop. i strongly do not recommend anyone to buy this phone, you maybas well just flush your money down a toilet. im one disgruntled customer

Good solid phone in general

the battery is just as amazing as the description says, often times i'll fall asleep on the phone with someone and wake up and my phone will have only lost 20% of its battery. its also reliable because i dropped it in the bathtub within the first 3 days of having it and it bounced right back again after being in some rice. the biometrics are also really reliable. my only complaint is that the camera quality is disappointing
