low end product. poor camera. have to return the first one, because it arrived damaged. people couldn't hear you, unless you use the speaker function. screen fails to recognize touch, frequently. i will not recommend this cell. you will do better with one of the s, series. after paying over 200 the first payment, i'm not in the mood to buy a decent one!

i would really love my a20 back. but the only phone close to mine was a11. there are some features that i like on this one but not many.

Screen Cracked on Second Day

this is a very slippery phone. it slipped out of my hand on the second day, and the screen cracked. i believe that, if samsung wants to be thought of as a reputable company, it ought to package a protective case and screen guard with the product. they probably think they will get more sales by selling slippery, breakable products that must be replaced often.

after having the s8 and s10 this phone sucks. i unfortunately broke my s10's screen so i had to get another phone that was much cheaper which was this option. the camera sucks, everything is laggy and delayed. probably the worst phone i've had over the years.

the reason i gave it a one star rating is because there isn't a lower offering.
slow , lack of storage , too many pre loaded apps.
qi have had other samsung devices, this one ruined the reputation of the quality of the other's.

The Samsung Galaxy A11 is amazing the camera is top of the line its like looking in the mirror. Finger print security wide screen so you can see everything clear 32 gig definitely better than the iphone.
