[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] not a very good phone. i got 3 of them for myself and family to replace and lg a moto and an older samsung. these phones crash often have terrible memory capacity. i personally had to delete several apps a the get go because it said i was at 100% capacity. our older phones actually worked better. the only good part is when they do work the voice on phone calls is excellent.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

good phone for the price. there are a fewletdown. first, the camera colors are waaaay off sometimes vs actual color. second is voice to text doesn't even come close about half of the time. third there is often a lag when typing that is long enough to make you think the phone has locked up. autocorrect insists on using the incorrect word frequently and i have to fight it to be able to go on. this seriously slows me down when texting or surfing. lastly the phone doesn't seek to work with otg usb devices such as borescope cameras e5

it's fine for the price.it's phone is good, camera is low guilty, storage is low , functions are slow especially with full storage

still learning the basics. this phone does indeed seem to charge fast & last long. i'm about comfortable enough to start reading the manual and use some of the features packed into this phone.

amazing storage space hands down beats the last 3 by long shot. wow. for example i currently was gifted this phone by my bf on christmas, i have: 309 downloaded songs, 57 apps, (big apps like fb, fb msg, wish, offer up, 679 photos recovered and added directly, and more. i'm amazed. and phone is not slow at all or affected or at all full either. i can fit 4 more phones.
the camera is awesome to it has 3 lenses takes amazing photos

slow, slow, slow... i can't imagine how bad this will get over time.
missing features my old motorola had
no wireless charging
no wireless pay
fingerprint scanner almost always needs me to try 2-3 times
screen cracked in corner after about 2 weeks
annoying google stuff always popping up, but i guess thats any android

great phone!
was a bit skeptical because of the bad reviews but it works great for what i paid for it. i just wish samsung would start making the dual screen cases for their phones outside of that i have no complaints.
i like the way it looks, and feels in my hand. it is a bit slow but not enough to make me frustrated. what drew me to this phone was its price point, because it was so cheap i will be going to purchase a samsung galaxy watch. i like have matching watches and phones.
but regardless of the bad reviews it does what i need it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

i am a mechanic and i love this phone, its tough as nails and does everything i need. i don't understand why everyone knocks it, the s10e is junk but everyone crowed about that
