love samsung they always keep you satisfied. i was able to use the smart switch to transfer from my old phone to my new phone. it was most definitely the easiest transition between phones. 100% satisfied with my new phone. thank you

i love everything about my galaxy a11, except the volume control buttons and the power button is to close together. the screenshot is kind of difficult and weird. these two things prevent the phone from perfect for me and my usage.

the phone is slow, the camera quality sucks and has a delay when taking pictures (no the delay feature thing is not on), doesn't have much memory space. my s10 was a lot better and i wouldn't have gotten a new phone (not an upgrade more like a downgrade) but i had to the screen was cracked.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
