The Absolute Best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Zojirushi Flip-And-Go Stainless Mug. It has a safety lock so it doesn't accidentally open. The handle is great which makes it easy to carry when on walks and it folds down against the mug nicely for storage or just when it isn't needed. I really like that you can easily disassemble the lid so you can wash all the little parts in the lid. It fits in my car cup holder. The top is wide enough to put ice cubes in it if you choose to. It has a slim design which makes it very easy to grasp with one hand. The sip lid is comfortable to drink from and it is easy to open and close with one hand. I tried this one day with cold water and took it with me to work, 8 hours later on my way home I opened it and started drinking it and it was just as cold as when I filled it so it was great to have a cold water while driving home. My husband filled it one morning with hot chocolate and at the end of his work day it was still hot. Neither of us noticed any leaking. It is easy to wash with hot soapy water and a bottle brush or bottle sponge. I highly recommend this Flip-And-Go Stainless Mug, it is absolutely perfect.

Great design!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Flip-and-Go Stainless Mug because I'm always on the go. I carry hot and or cold drinks everyday with me somewhere. Sometimes I need them to stay hot or cold for hours. This mug is perfect for that! The stainless steel vacuum insulation keeps my drinks at the temperature I need for hours. The flip and go handle is awesome and lays flat when not in use. The flip-open lid is easy to operate even with one hand. The lid is a two step release. Keeps it from condensation. I love the size of it. Slim and very stylish. It also has a wide mouth which to me is a big plus. It fits great in my purse, gym bag and backpack. Not big and bulky. This is a great mug!

Keeps my coffee warm so long

The best part is he doesn’t have to unscrew the kid and just push it to pop it open. He hasn’t even removed the sticker on it because as soon as he saw it, he claimed it. Very sturdy, good quality and pretty color too.

My new favorite bottle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Running around after 3 boys can be so much fun but often I tend to forget to drink water. With such a bold, bright color it helps to look across the room and find my bottle as a reminder to drink water. I've noticed I increased my water intake since I started using this bottle. I love how light it is, the flip and go in the back(easy to carry when going for a walk), how well it fits into a stroller or kids wagon. 20oz is easy to track as I keep hydrating throughout the day. The best part, when it's humid and hot outside in Austin, TX my water is nice and cold for hours(for over 12 hours). When it's cold outside, I'm able to have nice and warm tea with me wherever I go. I love the hibiscus red color, one of my favorites! I love that there are other beautiful colors to choose from, I'm thinking of buying one for my husband! A couple other things I love about this bottle is the sipping water(wide mouth open top) and how well the water flows when drinking. Barely any effort needed. The lock and unlock is very smooth. It keeps it nice and secure, especially when my kids are playing with my bottle. No leakage, which is a relief as most bottles tend to leak. I highly recommend this product based on my positive experience!

Great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this about a month ago and I think it is the perfect size and not too heavy. I especially like that is has a button to flip open the lid and you can easily lock and unlock it with a switch on the side. Although It has a nice carrying handle I would prefer a wrap around grip handle on the mug. This mug definitely keeps your coffee very hot and cold drinks cold for hours. Other than adding a grip handle it’s a well made good quality mug.

Too Many Parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s start with the good here: it’s an insulated beverage holder that keeps my drink the desired temperature for an extended period of time. I don’t always get to my drink when I want to, so it’s nice to have it warm later for when I can actually enjoy it. I also like that it can be clipped onto items. That being said, I feel as though this was a reinventing of the wheel that was completely unnecessary. There are a lot of parts on this thing that have very narrow spaces that are difficult to clean. I needed specialty bottle brushes to clean them properly and even then wonder if they’re really clean. If you are missing or lose a part, it leaks profusely and is worthless. This wouldn’t be an item I’d buy again, for the sole number of hard-to-clean parts. Also, for those who use one, it does NOT fit under a single-serve pod coffee maker; it’s too tall even with the drip tray removed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are so sorry that our bottle didn't meet your needs. Our mugs and bottles lids to be fully disassembled so that every part can be cleaned, stay sanitary, and prevent any residues from accumulating in crevices that you may not be able to get to if it wasn't disassemblable. The stopper is designed so that it doesn't loose too much heat with a wider opening and can be cleaned with a brush that you would use for reusable straws.

I love this mug, keeps my coffee hot all day. Best handle design I've seen on a mug! The only item I did not like is the lip you sip your coffee from, it's a bit too narrow and I wish it were wider to mimic more like sipping from a coffee cup. I still give it 5 stars and you will be happy with your purchase. I was also happy that they have a 20oz mug (16oz too small for me). The cap is easy to take apart and clean. I've purchased more than 10 mugs in my lifetime, this one has the best handle design and is one of the easiest to clean the cap.
