Need replacement bowl for NRC-15

We love our rice cooker. It was a wedding gift almost 27 years ago! After all that time, the interior bowl in which the rice cooks has become scratched and I wonder if it is wise to keep using it. Is there any way to replace the interior bowl? It has been a great product!

Reason I was searching for new rice cooker was after a day it started to smell funny. It was happening again. So I don’t really Know what I’m doing wrong

Thank you for sharing your experience with your rice cooker. For the best tasting rice, we recommend keeping it in the keep warm for no longer than 8 hours. If kept longer, the rice may yellow, smell, or spoil. The rice should be stored in a container and refrigerated. We hope this helps!

The rice cooker works well. Unfortunately, the white spatula holder sticks out like a sore thumb against the metallic rice cooker.

Inside pot is thinner than the older one. Electric cord is not self winding anymore. I like the older one.

Thank you so much for your honest feedback! The cooking pan for the previous model and the new NS-RPC10/18 is the same 1.0mm. The power cord was updated to a removable one so it is easier to replace.
