Satisfied but much room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a beautiful stove and fit the exact look we were going for but needs much improvement on the convenience side. A digital readout of the oven temp isn't much to ask for when shopping this price range. A built in timer is also a no brainer but it has none. The dual power burner is nice buts doesn't allow for large burner simmer, it simply shuts the burner off for some odd reason. Simply turning on the oven isn't that simple at all..., there's a certain way. Of course I am nit-picking but just some things I feel is common sense for a range from such a highly praised brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regret Purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Frustrating that for some some reason the oven never lights off on the first try and that I end up looking like a safe-cracker, carefully listening for when it eventually does. Frustrating that the instruction booklet has zero-information for changing the clock from 24hr to 12hr mode. Couldn't even find a YouTube video that addressed my model. Frustrating that four of the six burners are the same too-large size to be used on a consistent basis. Frustrating that the optional griddle takes longer to get to temperature than my 25 year-old electric one. Frustrating that the engineers designed the oven to bleed off as quickly as possible when turned off (adios "perfect prime rib recipie").
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice appliance, but....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Quality product with some items that require a fair learning curve. Number one, the oven. The adjustment knob is difficult to see And the oven burns hot. A display of the oven temp on the digital display would have been nice.
The stove top works great, but again, the burners require some trial and error to cook at a medium heat. Last but least the digital disply is invisible when working at the stove making it virtually useless.

Looks great but….

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The range looks great. The cook top works perfectly and is easy to clean. The oven didn't light from day one. The repair technician came out and adjusted the igniter. The oven worked for 2 weeks and then stopped. Looking forward to the technician doing a permanent fix.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
