Bosch 36” range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Range is fantastic lots of space and cooking power. My only complaint is that the simmer bummer only works 10% of the time. I will be calling to get a rep out to fix that soon. I would give 5 stars if the simmer worked properly.

I'm so happy to actually write a review! I have finally built my dream home AC/DC with that came my dream kitchen. I'll be honest, I was looking for a Wolf gas range, but that wasn't possible due to the pandemic and everything being back ordered. So the sales man offered me the Bosch. At that point really did have a choice, I needed the range for inspection to pass. When I got home I started googling reviews and I was hesitant I made a bad choice. Well I'm glad to say I didn't! Love my range, love the way it cooks and functions. Reviews people had posted are very misleading. When my uvdn is ready the beep is loud and clear! Cooks to perfection both range and oven! I'm obsessed abd very happy with my choice!

Temperature Control purely a guess

Our new home came equipped with the full suite of luxury Bosch appliances. The styling really caught our eye, as we've had Subzero, Wolf, and Kitchenaid in previous homes.
But - I could not imagine that the oven does not display temp, and you cannot specify the temperature other than to turn a knob somewhere between 50• increments to set the temp. Without a digital readout of the current temp - it is unclear as to whether the oven is warming or at temperature or at the target to ensure that you have dialed the knob precisely between 350 and 400 to yield 375. This is definitely not a cooks oven, but rather a decorative piece in the kitchen.
As a side note, all of the other issues with getting the burners to light have been experienced. We've leaned to live with it but would not recommend this range if purchasing today until these design flaws are resolved.

The perfect complement to to any kitchen

Oven doesn't show temperature or pre-heating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Horrible oven for cooking! Looks great but made very cheap! The clock never shows you when it's pre-heating and no temperature is ever displayed. You literally have to guess. Knobs fall off SO easily. Bottom of oven needs a toekick and shows all dust and anything underneath it. I would never ever recommend this oven and Bosch should be ashamed about it.
