[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our new stove/range and how it works but there's one thing missing is a temperature gauge to see what the exact temperature the stove is at ,hence the four stars ,just being honest ,thank you .

I'd give it a zero

If I could rate this range a zero I would. I've had it since January of 2021. It is now August of 2022. I've had it serviced twice for lighting issues. It takes 3-4 or more times to light. Now it lights and then goes out. The worst product ever. I want a new stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bosch 800 freestanding gas range

Absolutely awful range

I couldn't be more disappointed in this range. For starters it is not self-cleaning. Who designs a range nowadays that isn't self cleaning? The grates on the top of the range scratched and marked after placing one pot on top - terrible finish. The porcelain top is supposed to be stain resistent. I had a pot with potatoes that seeped over and it is permanently stained. There is no display to show that the elements or oven are turned on which can be dangerous. The oven does not display the oven temperature. It's a guess as to what the temperature is set at. With only markings at 250, 300, 350, etc anywhere in between is a guess. You have to get on your knees or bend in half to set the oven temp dial. Even with the 36" range the oven space is quite small. Overall I would strongly advise against purchasing this range especially for the price.

A small issue, but resolved

We bought a floor model in May 2022, thrilled to bits with its features and performance. Until July, two months later, when suddenly all the igniters quit. We could manually light the burners but not the oven. A quick visit from a Bosch technician revealed a potential problem with the switch that operates all the igniters. Sometimes things can happen during shipping, apparently. Parts were ordered and a gas fitter removed the offending part and replaced it. All is well. We are back in full cooking mode and back to enjoying the use of a great product.

Beautiful Range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is gorgeous. A definite eye catcher in my new kitchen. Bakes beautifully and even. Small learning curve in learning to light the flames and oven, but all good now. Setting the timer is a little cumbersome.

Love!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my stove, this is the one that I always wanted and I was able to get the whole set with my kitchen remodel. If I were to change one thing I would change how the oven works there are no indications that it's on unless you wait for the heat to start up. I've started it several times and waited for The signal indicator and open the oven to find it was still cold. But besides that it is absolutely wonderful.
