Have been using this every day for about 2 weeks in a very damp finished, carpeted basement. Working great to pull out moisture and keeping basement dry. Damp odor gone. Only issue is that I have sometimes had a slightly difficult time removing the full bucket without splashing some water on the floor. Other than that, I love this dehumidifier. Not very loud, and does not generate as much heat as previous unit. I really need to try to empty it before it gets almost full. But it is a workhorse and I'm not complaining.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this to live in our basement. It auto-drains and keeps the humidity in the entire 1400sqft at a manageable level (no mold). We love it.
I bought this 2 years ago, it needs a service call and I cannot find a service center, so its a dead piece
