Got this in August after our 9 year old Dehumidifier died (lost its refrigerant charge) Saw many brands and after doing the research determined this might be the best replacement of our 8 year old dehumidifier. It arrived 3 days later and it weighs significantly less than the old one. After it was plugged in and turned on within 3 minutes it was condensating and filled the bucket in 5 hours. So it really works and it fills twice a day. It’s quiet in operation and it’s very effective at humidity removal.

The bucket is well engineered, it is very easy to remove and put back, this is a plus when you have to empty the bucket at least twice a day.
