[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and like for the most part. Works well, but some drawbacks are the bucket is a bit finicky to put back in and the humidity reader seems to read things a bit high: I tested against another measurer.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG dehumidifier is excellent - easy to set-up and use, great features, high/low fan speed, reasonable amount of noise, and has a good sized reservoir. It has made a significant difference in the humidity level in our damp, musty basement. Highly recommend this product.

Previous LG model had generally performed well for years so its replacement with another LG was a "given." The cantilever support of the water bucket should eliminate any potential problems arising from anticipated years of use but removing the bucket does require a degree of coordination. The bucket full alert light isn't visible from a distance. Otherwise, the machine is quiet and performs well.

Easy to dump water from reservoir when it is full. I like both the size of the reservoir and the fact it is clear, so you can see the water level!

I am not sure it operates correctly/efficiently. The humidistat never seems to come down to the level I have set (50%), and the unit runs continuously. Yet, it only seems to fill up the bin twice in 24 hours. I believe that is only about 26 or so pints? I have had it about 3 weeks, and think I should likely contact LG to discuss.
