It has done a great job in our basement area

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this unit in the spring and it has done a great job all summer. it runs a lot to keep our basement comfortable. It looks good and is fairly quiet and needs little attention.
We have had competitors units and they never seem to last much longer than the warranty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace another brand that had a flaw that made it keep switching to fill instead of use it’s drain hose even though it was relatively new. This one has been problem free. It is in my crawl space so I needed one I would not have to check constantly. It is fairly quiet although when the furnace is not on , I can hear the dehumidifier through the floor. For me, that is a plus. I simply placed it under the living room so the sound is not noticeable in the sleeping area. I would recommend this unit.
