4 years in florida and running strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had absolutely no trouble with this and think the wifi app works great. I use this in a 2nd home and it allows me to keep an eye on the humidity in my condo in florida. It has run daily for 4 years now and I will replace it with the same unit when the time comes. The pump feature is a necessity. It pumps up into a sink when I’m away which often is 3-4 months. It also allows me to keep the a/c temperature set a little higher as this is doing much of the dehumidification. If you’re looking to buy a dehumidifier, don’t look any further.

Another unhappy customer here. After 4 years, it started building up ice like others. I cleaned coil and filter, but it worked only for a day without ice.

Worked well for 3 years, now all it does is frost up. App diagnostic says everything is fine. Seems this unit is known for dying after 3 years.
