Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that your new Apple iPhone 17 Pro feels slow and glitchy. This is definitely not the premium performance we want you to experience, and we want to help fix this.
If you just recently set up the phone, it is very common for it to run slower and feel warm for the first 24 to 48 hours as it indexes files, syncs your iCloud data, and downloads apps in the background. We highly recommend checking for any pending software updates under Settings > General > Software Update, as Apple frequently releases optimization patches to smooth out initial bugs.
If the glitches continue after updating, please visit your nearest AT&T retail store so our team can hands-on troubleshoot or swap the device for you. We want to make sure you get the lightning-fast performance you expect!

Gets too hot. Won’t hold a full charge and can’t keep on charger because it overheats
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, Kristi! Thank you for sharing your experience. We are truly sorry to hear that your iPhone 17 Pro is running too hot and having trouble holding a full charge. We understand how concerning and frustrating it is when a new phone overheats during charging, and we take your safety and device performance very seriously.
Because these temperature and power issues are tied directly to the hardware, we recommend contacting Apple Support at support.apple.com or visiting an Apple authorized support center. Their certified technicians have the specific diagnostic tools needed to check your phone's battery health and provide a quick resolution.
It came with a bad charger wire that rip quickly. Had to order a new one.
