My phone glitches, freezes, drops apps, closes messages, eends and deletes audio messages and disconnects from Bluetooth randomly. The worst phone upgrade I've ever done. Very disappointed. I've done both the updates hoping it was just needing to work out the bugs. Nope.

Usual Apple quality with great battery and speed. However, with the addition of the camera button, the sides are becoming cluttered. I’m constantly hitting buttons by mistake and it’s uncomfortable to hold.

Offering a phone "on you" and then charging your customer for multiple months until you arbitrarily decide how much their trade in is worth - despite quoting an actual rate at the time of order - is a horrible way to treat existing customers.

The 17 Pro is very nice, but coming from a Pro Max it has taken a while to adapt to a small screen. I had expected a snappier system than my older 15 Pro Max, but don’t really notice any performance gains
