I do not like the iPhone 17 Pro. I made a mistake buying this. Cannot figure out the screens.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there — we’re sorry the iPhone 17 Pro hasn’t been easy to use so far. New screens and gestures can definitely take some getting used to. 💙 A few quick ways to make it easier:
✅ Go to Settings > Display & Brightness to adjust text size and screen layout ✅ Turn on Display Zoom or other Accessibility features for simpler navigation ✅ Use Apple’s step‑by‑step iPhone User Guide for clear visuals and instructions: 👉 https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios
With all the hype, I was expecting crazy fast performance with this phone and amazing battery life. To be honest, the performance nor battery life are appreciably better than the Iphone 13 I had been using for three years. I suspect these carriers are selling "promo" versions.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear the iPhone 17 Pro hasn’t felt like the upgrade you expected. To clarify, AT&T only sells standard Apple iPhones—there are no “promo” or modified versions. If performance or battery life seems underwhelming, this can sometimes be related to post‑setup background activity or settings. We recommend:
Checking for the latest iOS update Reviewing Battery usage for high‑drain apps Allowing a few days after setup for iOS optimization
If the experience doesn’t improve, Apple Support can run diagnostics, and AT&T Support is happy to help review options. We appreciate your feedback and want to help ensure your iPhone performs as designed.
