The volume on that phone is low when on a phone call and doesn’t adjust

Thank you for sharing this with us. We know how important clear call audio is, and we’re sorry to hear the volume on your iPhone 17 Pro isn’t adjusting the way it should. We want you to have a device that works the way you expect, and we’re here to help.
A few things you can try that often resolve low in‑call volume: -Make sure the in‑call volume is adjusted while you’re actively on a call, since the buttons control different audio levels depending on what’s happening on the screen. -Check for any screen protectors or cases that might be covering the top speaker. -Restarting the device can sometimes reset audio behavior.
If the issue continues, running Apple’s built‑in diagnostics or visiting an AT&T or Apple store can help pinpoint whether it’s a software or hardware issue.
We recommend checking out the iPhone User Guide: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/welcome/ios It’s a helpful resource with clear explanations of new features, tips for customizing your settings, and practical advice to improve battery life and overall performance. We hope this makes your iPhone easier and more enjoyable to use.
We appreciate you taking the time to let us know. We’re committed to making sure your experience improves, and we’re always here to support you. Thank you for being part of the AT&T community.
I am very pleased with the IPhone 17 Pro. I needed an update and was happy with the special I was able to receive. My previous two iPhones were pro max because I am an older person and thought it would be easier on my eyes. The new one is easy to see and use. I am very happy with my purchase.
