Hello, Froylan! We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your speakers and video playback. While we are glad the rest of the iPhone 17 Pro is meeting your expectations, these glitches are certainly not the high-quality experience we want for our customers.
To resolve this, we recommend ensuring your device is updated to the latest version of iOS, as software updates often include patches for this type of errors. If the issues persist, we suggest contacting Apple support directly at: 📞 (800) 275-2273 🔗 support.apple.com/contact
I love this phone. Great camera, and the AI is awesome. The only thing I don’t love is the multi function button that took the place of the toggle button for silent mode. It’s clumsy and hard to push.
Battery life is insufficient to be used during a regular work day

Hello there! We are sorry to hear that the speaker volume on your new iPhone 17 Pro is lower than expected. Since the device is brand new, we want to ensure it is performing at its best.
There are a few things you can try to fix this:
• Check volume limits: Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Volume Limit and ensure it is turned off or the slider is set to maximum. • Check 'Reduce Loud Sounds': Go to Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Headphone Safety (right under Volume Limit) and ensure "Reduce Loud Sounds" is turned off. • Clean the speaker grilles using a dry, soft-bristled brush or a soft toothbrush to gently clean the bottom speakers and the top earpiece.
If you don't see any improvement, we can then assist you with your warranty options. Thank you for your review—we are here to help!
It’s not a noticeable improvement over previous iPhones. The battery life is not good, nearly on par with an Apple Watch, drains steadily throughout the day, even with no apps in use and no background functions. It also gets very hot to the touch.
