Hi, thank you for leaving us the experience you had with the iPhone 17 Pro battery life. It is truly unfortunate that it did not live up to your expectations. Having a functional device with a long-standing battery to do all our daily activities is essential.
We understand perfectly what you are feeling. In order to reduce battery consumption please follow these steps:
Disable "Liquid Glass" Visuals: One of the most effective ways to save power on this model is turning off the "Liquid Glass" transparent effects. Go to Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size and turn Reduce Transparency to ON.
Manage Always-On Display: While efficient, the Always-On display still drains about 3-4% of battery daily. You can disable it at Settings > Display & Brightness > Always On.
Enable Adaptive Power: This feature, on by default for the iPhone 17 Pro, uses AI to predict your heavy usage days and automatically adjusts performance to save energy. Ensure it's active in Settings > Battery > Power Mode.
If you need help from an AT&T representative, please include all the details in the form so that one of our agents is ready to assist with this matter. https://www.att.com/get-support/
Thank you for sticking with AT&T, and being a valuable customer. Have a wonderful day ahead.
The absolute worst experience ever with this purchase. Was sold two defective phones and ATT did not do anything. I had to drive a hour to an Apple Store and they had to send it out to fix it. As a result I had no access to the phone. Will be switching carrier as soon as I find the time
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
