I purchased this doorbell to replace a different brand and get our doorbell/cameras on the same system. It worked great, for literally 8 hours. Now, I cannot get it to factory reset, it says offline and makes a strange noise through the speaker. Not sure what happened but I?m pretty disappointed with it.

Purchased this to add onto our Lorex system and are very pleased with it. Arrived quickly great price, easy to install. We just had one little opps when my husband installed it he had to turn the unit to connect wires and accidentally scrapped the brick on the house which put a small scratch on the lens which you can see (blurry area) in the video but its not terrible and well things happen! has great night vision, and you can set the motion detection to the intensity you would like. We are still figuring out the process when someone rings the bell, which is rarely but its nice to know we have another layer of protection on our home. We are very pleased with our purchase and would recommend this product.

Best doorbell cam for the price. Highly recommend this product. No wiring needed as everything uses power from existing doorbell chime. The night image and two way talk is excellent. This item does the job perfectly.

Very good quality camera doorbell. Easy to install. The only thing missing is it doesn?t have the angle mounts to change to the view but overall really impressed with it. I would say better than other ?top of the line? camera doorbells.

Great camera! High resolution! Clear

Great camera! High resolution! Clear image!. The motion sensitivity is a little annoying but with proper adjustment im sure i wont keep getting notifications from vehicles passing by. The app is very easy to use and the convenience of adding another user is great especially for the times that i cant see the live footage.

Do not buy this waste,

Do not buy this waste, this camera is horrible. I bought this a few months ago working fine and now multiple problems, it's saying that" we noticed you recently login on another account," but I didn't log in on another account and I'm only sharing it with two of my family members. Also, it logs me out of my account an the password wouldn't sign in. I constantly have to retype a new password to get into my account. When somebody presses the doorbell it should pop up on the phone screen that someone is at your door but it isn't popping up. I had my set the app to pop up and make the sound it's only making the sound and not popping up on the phone screen it did a few months ago now it's not. The app wouldn't show me the live view once the doorbell is pressed it keeps saying error showing the camera. The motion sensitivity I set it to 1 and it keeps detecting the cars passing by and that's wasting the storage of the camera. This company made me waste my money on a product that the company didn't take time to examine. Here is an idea they did, they make the product that works for a few days or months, sell it to people, make money off if, and don't listen to the people's comments about product failure. They suck the money from and deny your return request.
