2 flaws in the actual

2 flaws in the actual design of this product. Setup was actually pretty easy if not for
1) the OCR code is printed very small and actually took some time for the phone to scan and recognize the OCR code. After literally 5 min I finally got it to scan
2).the mounting bracket for the door bell itself is a pure joke. Once you secure the plate to the frame. You can only secure the doorbell with a screw on the bottom. Noting holds the doorbell at the top so when you lock in the doorbell with the locking screw on bottom. The doorbell separates at the top and starts to lean forward. It?s a horrible design flaw in design and manufacturing 100%. They need to fix this moving forward Wish l could post a picture of this

Camera provides a good picture and is easy to set up. Camera is very responsive and there is not much delay in video or audio. Only con is setting the field of activity. Wish that it be set up with an actual view rather then a percentage and guessing.

Bought this due to having my lorex analog system ... Connect this door bell to my fully wired MPX DVR system and only use lorex cloud and PC software to monitor from PC and my phone. EXCELLENT WORK LOREX

Had a ring pro for

Had a ring pro for a couple years, we were never really satisfied my with the overall performance from the video quality to it�s connectivity. We have a Lorex 4K Poe camera system, which we are extremely happy with, so thought why not try the doorbell since it can be viewed on the same app. The Lorex blows the ring pro in basically every category. Video quality is better, night vision is a +10 ant the onboard storage has almost instant connection to the phone. Added bonus- it�s half the price or the ring pro. Can�t say enough. Great product.

Note first time you need to be connected to wifi exposed by the door bell itself. Then switch to your wifi once config is done.
Cons : door plate has almost zero room for wiring , the tolerance is so small your wires would get squished till they are bare.
Wifi seems unstable , would check over time.
