Terrible product. Do not buy.

Terrible product. Do not buy. Does not perform well. Half of the time you press the bell and it does not ring, and you do not get any notification on your phone, not to mention the live view!!

Poor product functionality: Doorbell rarely

Poor product functionality: Doorbell rarely works on the app and motion detection notification is often slow to respond or not at all. Another issue is there is no compatibility with their own products since it does not work with my other 2 other DVR systems, so two separate apps are required.

We can also show you how to prioritize the connection between the doorbell and your networked device. We currently run a Lorex Home and Lorex Cloud app across multiple devices; we're looking to create a more united experience so that everything can be accessed seamlessly. I like this better than

I like this better than the ring door bell. So far I have been able to view all recorded videos with out any video freeze like I was getting on the ring. Only thing I would like to see is a way to down load the videos so I can put them on my computer or phone if needed to share with someone. I can find any way to do so. When the Lorex flood light get available, I will be replacing my ring flood light too.

Looks good in the box then you find out its only 2.4 ghz will not work with other lorex apps or products its very slow and and a waste of money run in the opposite direction of this 19 th century doorbell

Our Q&A for this product states that it is only compatible with a 2.4gHz frequency. The only app that is currently compatible with the video doorbell is the 'Lorex Home' application. You can always reach out to our Technical Support channel for more information regarding setup. They would be happy to assist.
