Very Disappointed Purchase

I bought this for my daughter's online courses two months ago during covid-19 pandemic. However, the feedback is very negative from my daughter:
- Bluetooth toggle disappears periodically
- Plug-in earphones didn't work (only play through speakers)
- Sometimes fails to power on
- *refuses to allow manual duplex printing; treats printer as automatic DP (HP laserjet M1319F MFP)
- *Cuts off auto at random with bluetooth earbuds during Zoom meetings, only restarts when earbuds are disconnected and reconnected.
- Sudden track pad lag after update
- Screen pad lag and glitching
- Auto-rotates in tablet mode even after screen lock is toggled on

This is my first time to buy an Asus laptop and turns out very disappointed. I really hope that I could return it and get a better one or a Lenovo that I have been stick with for more than a decade. Avoid this Zenbook if you can.

Bought this 1 and a half years ago and it was the worst decision I made. I should have spent the extra money on a Mac or Asus. My screen flickers after a year then my laptop randomly shuts off on its own. That’s because it has cheap lose parts inside. Honestly unless you plan to toss it after 1 year don’t buy it. Others have said 6months into it USB port starts to act up too.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good but not great

This is a good laptop don’t get me wrong. Has everything one can need. 8gb ram. Touch screen. Able to convert to tablet mode. And a touch screen for the mousepad. Only thing I don’t like and why I put 4 stars is it gets dirty fast with fingerprints everywhere. The screen has to be cleaned after every use otherwise see spots and stuff. Same with the mouse pad since it’s also a touchscreen computer. And the cover aka the back where the logo is also gets fingerprints like mad.
Was a good laptop but we see how long it will last. Next time will stick with acer and a name I know and trust.

Excellent laptop. Light, fast, long battery life. well made charger and connections. Nice solid quality feel yet light. Bright screen with great colors and resolution. Great laptop for the price.

Great laptop with multitasking capabilities

Fire speed start up every time because of the SSD and i5 10th generation. The TouchPad/screen is super useful if you know how to use it properly. The 2 in 1 is great for reading and studies. Loving it so far

Within 2 minutes of setup the thing was overheated and the fan was so loud. I would never be able to use this for video calls if that is what the fan is like. Completely useless and needs to be returned as it is clearly defective.

It's a good 2 in 1 laptop with a high processor to run fast. The only problem would be the trackpad, which might sound surprising but most of the time it's hard to use because there are so many different functions.
I would recommend this to a friend!
