I got this Omen 30L desktop in Jan 2021 for son's gift. Started using it about a month ago and since 3/12/2021 I encountered a system shutdown while playing fornite. Everything turned off, monitor, mouse, keyboard except the Omen 30L.
A few days after that event, I encountered error message "Live Kernel event 141" every time I attemted to play fortnite. Now, it wont even launch the game.
I've checked my reliability monitor and it shows the following errors:
"HPCOMMRecovery"
"Controls the dts audio processing object"
"Rocket League windows hardware error"
"HPCOMMRecovery"
"Controls the dts audio processing object"
"Rocket League windows hardware error"
Lastly now even rocket league crashes after playing it for a while.
I will reach out to customer service.
