Initial quality was excellent and have had no issues so far after approximately 1 month of use. The reason I awarded just 4 stars is due to its lack of what I consider to be some minimum basic features such as a thin line DVD burner/player and at least one expansion slot on the motherboard in addition to the one x16 video card slot. Having at least one x1 or x4 PCIe expansion slot available should be considered a minimum for even a “budget” system which this definitely is not.
Price good, performance great, build quality great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 month user Ryzen3900 / 5700xt config. a few random reboots (traced back to windows) Pros: Quiet, powerful, good looking Cons: the only expand-ability in the machine are 2 HDD bays
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced an 8 year old computer that had an i7-3700 processor. This computer with a SSD boot drive and a Ryzen 7 processor is super fast. A couple of things that could be better is more ram slots and maybe a second nvme card connection. Still, an excellent computer.
The unit was made on time and perfectly to spec. I was concerned that because some People think of this as a gaming machine and I was worried it would look flashy with all the lights. I keep the lights at the factory setting and they look fine. The unit looks dignified. I purchased a better keyboard but I knew I would have to do that before I purchased the unit. I added a few more goodies than I needed just in case I got the old urge to play a computer game.
