HP markets this gaming machine as RAM upgradable but there is a catch: you cannot set the speed of the RAM, any additional RAM will cause all the RAM to run at a lower speed. It is my understanding that there are very few RAM manufacturers that have RAM modules that will default to 3200mhz, and it is also my understanding even if you find HyperX RAM it will likely not default to the right speed. If I had known this, I would have not purchased this PC.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this pre built to start me off and it works great. Startup is fast and so are load times, love that the side has a clear panel to see the light up interior. Only problem I had was the pc temperatures but bought some fans and fixed that in no time.
