I got this Omen 30L desktop in Jan 2021 for son's gift. Started using it about a month ago and since 3/12/2021 I encountered a system shutdown while playing fornite. Everything turned off, monitor, mouse, keyboard except the Omen 30L.
A few days after that event, I encountered error message "Live Kernel event 141" every time I attemted to play fortnite. Now, it wont even launch the game.
I've checked my reliability monitor and it shows the following errors:
"HPCOMMRecovery"
"Controls the dts audio processing object"
"Rocket League windows hardware error"
"HPCOMMRecovery"
"Controls the dts audio processing object"
"Rocket League windows hardware error"
Lastly now even rocket league crashes after playing it for a while.
I will reach out to customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am about 2 weeks in with my Omen 25L, I have to say, it exceeded my expectations.
Mine came with the 5700 XT, and I haven’t been able to make it even work hard while pushing some serious framerates.
Most of all though, the case is clean, compact, and just the right amount of bling. The fan and case lights look sharp and the lines of the case are sleek. Nice job HP.
One negative, it was a little slow to ship, not sure why but I would guess it was due to the GPU shortage.
